Support evaluating actual services performance, comparing results with customer expectations, proposing solutions to minimize their business impact if needed.

Whether at the end of life, regulatory changes, technical issues or economic-financial model challenges, current and future condition will be analyzed to propose the contractual changes that best adapt to these new needs.
 
Upgrades and technical recommendations
 
From time to time, OEMs recommend service-technical bulletins and upgrades. We support our customers with the technical and financial evaluation.

In several occasions contractual coverage scope limits are not clear. We compare contractual obligations v/s expected coverage and evaluate the scope, quality assurance program and EHS potential issues, helping customer to define and control quality "hold points" and risk mitigation initiatives.
